THE PROJECT

In August 2018 we were asked to rebrand Millie Mackintosh’s social media. With an Instagram following of more than 3 million, our main objective was to make Millie more desirable for brand collaborations and subsequently build and strengthen her presence as a digital influencer.

THE EXECUTION

Taking a twofold approach, our strategy focused on 1. Increasing user engagement and reach in order to demonstrate progress and growth. 2. To track audience acquisitions and demographics allowing brands to get an in-depth understanding of Millie’s followers and position in the market. We achieved the above by firstly performing a full audit of Millie’s accounts and current activity. Based on our analysis we developed and implemented a content strategy that encouraged and increased user engagement and interactions with Millie’s followers. Through social listening and our in-house reporting software, we were able to deliver fully trackable reports customised to Millie’s clients and partners.
